Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Aeolo account data, connected social channel tokens, and connected platform data at any time.
In-App Deletion
When available in your workspace, use the dashboard settings flow:
- Open Settings.
- Go to Integrations or Account settings.
- Disconnect the connected channel or request account deletion.
Email Request
You can also email hello@tryaeolo.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Aeolo account and the connected service you want deleted.
What We Delete
- OAuth tokens and credentials for disconnected channels.
- Cached channel profile records and connected account metadata.
- Cached post metadata where no longer required to provide the Service.
What We May Keep
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.
- Transaction, invoice, security, and legal records retained where required by law.
Timing
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period and may need to verify account ownership before deleting data.
