Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Aeolo account data, connected social channel tokens, and connected platform data at any time.

In-App Deletion

When available in your workspace, use the dashboard settings flow:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Integrations or Account settings.
  3. Disconnect the connected channel or request account deletion.

Email Request

You can also email hello@tryaeolo.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Aeolo account and the connected service you want deleted.

What We Delete

  • OAuth tokens and credentials for disconnected channels.
  • Cached channel profile records and connected account metadata.
  • Cached post metadata where no longer required to provide the Service.

What We May Keep

  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.
  • Transaction, invoice, security, and legal records retained where required by law.

Timing

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period and may need to verify account ownership before deleting data.
